Instructor's Bio:
Margaret Potts has been a member of SCACA for over twenty years and was Craft Barn coordinator and worked on publicity for five years. Her love of crafts over the years led her on to make beautiful one-of-kind teddy bears
using mohair and collectible antique materials from England and other countries. Her bears have been sold to teddy bear collectors in England, the United States and the Bahamas. Margaret has taught the art of making her own loveable teddy bear at different venues – the Simcoe County Museum, the Bala Art Group, Simcoe County Teddy Bear Club and Wasaga Beach craft group and now for the Simcoe County Arts and Crafts Association. Margaret’s bear was selected as a prize for the Simcoe County Arts and Crafts Quilt, Rug and Craft Fair. She is a member of the Simcoe County Teddy Bear Club.
