Cartooning with Bob Kain
On October 5, we invite members and guests to learn the art of cartooning with Barrie cartoonist, award-winning video artist and teacher, Bob Kain.
Make a Pin Doll
On Monday, November 2, we invite you to create a Painted Lady Pin Doll with award-winning doll artist and teacher Wendy Lynne Rinehart from Orillia.
Make a Unique Christmas Card
It's getting closer, so on December 7, we invite you to join us to make a unique ornament Christmas card using the 'iris folding' technique, instructed by our own multi-talented Gladys Fieldhouse.
Create a Chainmaille Bracelet
On February 1, you are invited to join us to learn how to create a beautiful copper chainmaille bracelet using jumprings with jewellery artist, Sue Cahoon.
Embellished Fabric Heart Decoration
On April 12, we invite you to join us to make a lovely embellished fabric heart ornament/pendant. Our instructor will be Barrie artist Linda Mielke.
Annual General Meeting 2010
A Love Affair with Dolls
June 1st is our Annual General Meeting. After a short business meeting, we have dinner and are entertained by a special speaker. This year our speaker will be Rita Leddy who will showcase her fabulous doll collection.
Dinner and entertainment is $20. It is at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Elmvale. Watch the website for more details in April.
