June 13 Annual General Meeting and Dinner

Our Annual General Meeting and Dinner will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Elmvale. Our speaker will be renowned stained glass artist, David Morgan, of Barrie who will show slides and tell us about the design and installation process for the ecclesiatical windows he creates.

Our Annual General Meeting and Dinner is open to the public. The cost is $20 for the evening. It starts at 5:30 pm with punch and social, roast beef dinner at 6 pm with Annual Meeting and presentation following. Presentation

David Morgan has 45 years experience designing and fabricating stained glass windows, mosaics and religious artifacts. He has a studio in Barrie, Ontario.

Educated in Swansea College of Art in Wales, he taught interior design at Humber College, teaches art at Georgian College, and was a faculty member of Cambrian College in Sudbury, prior to opening a studio near North Bay.

David has completed many church windows, including six stained glass windows in St. Peter's United Church in Sudbury and several at Copper Cliff United Church, as well as restoration of historical windows.
